Cedar Valley Restoration and Development
Cedar Valley Restoration and Development (CVRD) is focused on the restoration of historic homes and the development of new infill housing in the historic neighborhoods of Waterloo, Iowa.
The Company's current focus is the Rath Neighborhood and more specifically the Cedar River Neighborhood (CRN). The CRN is a historic mixed-use area of Waterloo, Iowa. The neighborhood is bordered on the southwest by the Cedar River and is immediately downstream from downtown Waterloo. The area features a collection of industrial, retail and historic homes constructed generally between 1890 and 1930.
