The Company's current focus is the Rath Neighborhood and more specifically the Cedar River Neighborhood (CRN). The CRN is a historic mixed-use area of Waterloo, Iowa. The neighborhood is bordered on the southwest by the Cedar River and is immediately downstream from downtown Waterloo. The area features a collection of industrial, retail and historic homes constructed generally between 1890 and 1930.
